These terms govern the use of the site and the purchase of digital books in downloadable PDF format through the platform.
To access your library you must create an account with accurate data. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out with your account.
All products are digital PDF books. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices and catalogue at any time.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, the book is automatically added to your library and available for immediate download.
The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for domestic and educational use. Resale, redistribution, commercial reproduction or publishing of the acquired files on networks is prohibited.
All illustrations, texts, trademarks and contents are the property of Yenny Coloring World or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.
Under art. 17.1.m of Decree-Law 24/2014 (Portugal) and Directive 2011/83/EU, there is no right of withdrawal for digital content downloaded with the express consent of the consumer. By confirming the purchase you accept immediate delivery and waive this right. See our Refund Policy.
We take every reasonable measure to ensure service availability, but we are not liable for occasional interruptions, force majeure or misuse by the user.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law and by European regulations applicable to e-commerce and consumer protection. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the consumer's domicile.
