Refund Policy

1. Nature of the products

All products sold in Yenny Coloring World are digital books in PDF format, downloadable immediately after payment confirmation.

2. Waiver of the right of withdrawal

Under article 17.1.m of Decree-Law 24/2014 (Portugal) and Directive 2011/83/EU, immediately supplied digital content is not eligible for withdrawal once the download has started, since the user expressly accepts this condition when confirming the purchase.

3. Cases where a refund applies

We will process a full refund when any of the following situations occurs:

• The PDF file is corrupted or cannot be opened and our support team cannot resolve it.
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error.
• The product delivered does not match the published description.
• Any other reason foreseen by European consumer protection law.

4. How to request a refund

Write to our contact email within 14 days of purchase and include:

• Account email and purchase date.
• Title of the book acquired.
• Reason for the refund and, where applicable, screenshots documenting the issue.

5. Timeframes

Once the request is approved, the refund will be processed through Stripe within a maximum of 14 days. The credit will appear on the same payment method used for the purchase.
